Providing home repair from painting, drywall repair, power washing, switching light fixtures, toilet repair/replacement, faucet repair/replacement to hooking up new appliances and everything in between. Now a little about me... I started out working for about ten years for a prestigious Elkhart County builder, learning how to do things the proper way - no short cuts! After leaving for a more steady, reliable job, I continued to purchases and repair homes. My first project on my own was the restoration of a 3,900 sq. ft. Victorian, nicknamed "Little Tippecanoe". When that was completely remodeled we had a party to celebrate with 100 friends and put the house on the market the next week. We were told that it could take a long time to sell it because of the location and the size. We sold it four weeks later to a professor from the University of Notre Dame who had been looking for the perfect house for over a year. I continue to purchase homes and do complete remodels - I do hire out when it comes to having to rewire a whole house or to have it completely re-plumbed. I do know my limitations and will ALWAYS let you know if it is something I do not feel comfortable doing for you. I have actually made the jump into my own home repair business because the people who have seen my work were impressed and wanted my help doing the things that they needed repaired but didn't know where to turn for quality work. I will complete your job as though I was working on my own home that I was fixing or repairing. I will not complete the job until you are 100% satisfied! Thank you for considering me!
