Very stressful experiene, owner is unreliable and doesn't communicate well with customer. The major project i requested to have done, he chose to do last. He disappeared, 3 hrs later after i initiated contact he claimed family emergency. I now have unfinished project in backyard and a pile of rocks in driveway. No contact from him, doesnt seem to care he left me in a bind. He is not a landscaper, laborer yes but not a professional.
