Well all I can say is buyer beware. He may of done a good job for two people on this page but he scammed me. He wrote up contract and promised to stay on budget. When the job was finished he didn't do all the work that he was supposed to do on the contract. Then he added over two more grand to the bill. Just make sure you want to pay this man 50.00 an hour and be prepared to be surprised when he presents the final bill. You have to pay for his men to go out to lunch and pay for all the time they run out to buy materials regardless of how long it takes... I I could get out of giving this man one star I would.

Dan Banks has done several remodeling projects on my older home in Maryland, and has done a really outstanding job in each case. Dan is hones, trustworthy, careful, professional, and competent in all phases of home improvement/remodeling. He is the kind of guy you like to have around your place, always presenting himself well, and working diligently. I recommend him without qualification. Raymond Forney.

Dan finished my basement, remodeled both bathrooms, put an addition on my house and put a new deck on! A huge project that went very smoothly and finished ahead of schedule! My wife and I are extremely pleased with Dan and his crew and the work they did. Very professional and highly recommend! I cant wait for my next big project, I will be calling Dan!
