We are a quality & customer oriented company with years of experience. We offer services from the basement to roof & services for residential, commercial & industrial customers for both interior and exterior. We also offer consultation / budget proposals for commercial work. Most of our work comes from repeat business & client recommendations. We do not do or need to do a lot of advertising. However, your journey with Bry-Ren James begins with the initial phone call followed by an in-depth meeting to review the work you would like to have completed. We listen to you and gather information so that we can help you achieve your desired outcome & provide you with a detailed proposal that's not open ended or leave you guessing the final numbers. Although we'd like to be awarded every project that we bid, the reality of it is that we won't be. So when we provide your proposal, rest assured that you are not going to be pressured or called repeatedly to close with us. We are available to answer any questions you may have & to make any changes you want. Once you have made your decision & we are awarded the contract we will set schedules and choose materials, products, colors etc. We will go over expectations from both so that we are all are familiar with the process and outcome. From start to finish we will keep you informed as to the progress and any discoveries that may appear. We keep our project sites clean and orderly during the process with daily clean up, sometimes leaving you to wonder if we were even there! When the project is completed we will do a walk through together and make sure you are 100% satisfied with the project. We hope that by this point we will have built what will be a relationship for years to come.
