R Tech Curb Appeals

Meeting Richard and his partner to discuss the job was very professional. It was a big job. They provided great ideas and such. So, we hired him and he sent us a "Welcome Aboard" email and was scheduled to do the work a week later. Prior to the schedule day, Richard became unresponsive. Bad weather was heading our way and we were not sure if we needed to reschedule the work. So it began, he was not responding to text messages, not answering our calls or responding to our emails. This is totally and completely unprofessional. All they had to do was give us a call and say they couldn't or didn't want the job. He knew we needed this done. So hire them at your own risk!
