SO when I call and ask about my WARRANTY the LAUGHED.? thanks EPIC this is UNBELIEVABLE. this Company let my handicap daughter out in the cold. they installed a bathroom she can not use. when replacing the door and it fell off the hinges they said we USED IT TO MUCH? this is unacceptable, my home is falling apart due to the work EPIC did to my home and they LAUGH? the WARRANTY was never upheld , please be careful hiring this company My daughter can no longer take a Shower alone. she needs assistance. THIS COMPANY is not a good company they leave and the door handle to our front door falls off. I have issues with the front door Never finished the THRESHOLD? and never came back to finish. POOR WORK POOR JOB was paid for BY THE STATE. and still did a bad job. PLEASE HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON STANDBY WHEN HIRING THIS COMPANY.

VERY POOR SERVICE. MY HOME IS FALLING APART and they DO NOT RETURN TO FIX THIS MESS. WORK IS BELOW AVERAGE. THEY DO a VERY SLOPPY JOB AND DO NOT FINISH THE WORK.

Epic completed a roofing project for me on my house and garage. The wok was completed in a professional manner, at what I felt was a fair price. The construction supervisor, Matt, was on the job site daily to ensure quality work. They worked each day and did not leave me hanging. The project manager ( Rick) returned my calls promptly, usually within thirty minutes. I was quite pleased with th result.
