45 Degree Install | Jun 2015 | This was a Number 1 red oak install, sand, & finish. It was installed at a 45 degree angle verse a 90 degree angle. This adds a lot more character to the flooring. This type of install does take longer and use more materials then a standard install would. | $5k | Highlands Ranch, CO
Pre-Finished Hardwood Flooring Installation | May 2010 | In this job we were tasked with a unique idea from the customer. They wanted to add granite slabs, as stepping stones that sit flush with the hardwood to lead from the entryway up to their garage door with two large slabs creating a bow tie of granite at the entrance and one large slab right before the garage door. This was a difficult task because of the pre-finished wood but the project came out well. | $4k | Littleton, CO
Stairs and Inlay | Oct 2011 | This was a fun and unique job. This customer wanted hardwood on their stairs but had concerns with their dogs slipping on the wood. The solution we came up with, as you can see from the photos, is putting a high quality carpet runner down the middle of the stairs. In order to save some money but, keep the look what we did was, only install hardwood treads on either side of the carpet runner. The inlay on the stair landing is tile with the wood cut around it. | Littleton, CO
