I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and Steel T Heating on both a professional and personal level. Steel T installed a new Carrier furnace and duct runs in a vacant listing of mine and were very attentive to our time frame and situation with my out of state sellers. Steel T also installed a new Carrier heating and AC system in my house and I couldn't be happier. Fantastic experience from start to finish 5 star rating all around. 15 year old heater was making a horrible noise. Service department was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the issue and quoted a reasonable price for repair. We decided to look into replacement of the unit instead because of the age and our AC was also about 17 years old. Chris Reister was extremely knowledgeable about the differing units and took time to explain the differences between the models. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive units. Instead, he offered comprehensive information for us to make the right choice to meet our needs and budget. Installation- the crew was prompt, respectful of my home, courteous, and professional. Quiet heater and humidifier working great. I love the Infinity control panel that I can control with my phone or computer. Humidifier has kept the humidity at a comfortable level and have noticed a huge reduction in the amount of dust in the house. Can't wait to try out the AC!!! We are very happy that we made the decision to invest our money in replacing instead of repairing.
