My company goal is to provide my customers with a service that they can afford and are happy with. I prefer to come out to give new customers a free on-site consultation that includes a written estimate/proposal. This gives them a chance to ask questions as well as learn a little about what I do and how best my services can be used. Often, the stump removal technician does not inquire as to what the end goal of the stump area is. Sod, patio stones, driveways and new trees (to name a few!) all have different requirements as far as a responsible stump removal technician is concerned. Part of our job is to understand our customers' needs, and sometimes it also involves preparing an area for another contractor to come in to perform other services.
