I am very sorry that I selected this company to tile my shower stall. The company subcontracts to contractors that do not show up on time or at all. The job foreman delivered the incorrect tile and the job had to be torn out and redone on two occasions. I complained to the office staff first, then, the vice-president. Each time I was told by the condescending staff that "things happen..." The Vice President told me that he would have the president of the company call me after he could not resolve my grievance in a professional manner. The president of the company never called.... The finished product was satisfactory. I paid full price. It was just that the job was not done on schedule and it caused me a lot of aggrevation and lost time at work. For two days I sat waiting for workers that never showed... I am very sorry that I selected this company. I will not use this company again.
