Tenants noticed what they suspected to be black mold on the hardwood floors. On the initial inspection we found signs of microbial growth caused by untreated water damage. The HVAC system drain line had become clogged allowing the system to leak for an undetermined amount of time. As the water soaked into the hardwood floor it began warping and delaminating allowing microbial growth to form between the layers. We setup containment and a negative air machine to prevent contaminating the rest of the home while we removed the ruined flooring. We cleaned all traces of the microbial growth and treated the area with an anti-microbial chemical.

Three apartments received heavy fire/smoke damage as well as water damage from the fire department. We were called to the scene to extract the water to prevent mold and further damage and tarp the roof which was compromised due the fire.

Due to heavy rains in the area, sewage backed up into several rooms damaging the baseboards, flooring and the bottom areas or drywall. We extracted all the dirty water, removed all contaminated carpeting and flood cut all the drywall. After a thorough cleaning we began drying the remaining structure.

Around 3am on Friday morning we received a call requesting water extraction services at the Troy Walmart. We quickly responded and were the first mitigation specialists on scene. We spent roughly 12 hours extracting thousands of gallons or water that drenched the store due to a massive hole in the roof and the water sprinkler system rupturing.
