MARTIN APPLIANCE

We had a mechanical problem with our washing machine agitator, called Martin Appliance (Ephrata, where we purchased the washer), and requested service. An appointment was made, and at the appointed time, Rick, the service mechanic, came, and disembled our washer agitator, located the problem, replaced the necessary parts, and fixed the problem. The service mechanic, Rick, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talik to. Highly recommend Martin Appliance, and high praise goes to Rick, the service technician!
