1. Worked with restaurant owner to design a stainless steel cabinet-shelf unit to house 2 commercial microwaves and provided addition storage space in the main prep area. 2. Made working drawings and coordinated fabrication of unit with Weaver Metal Fab (Ephrata, PA). 3. Installation: Unit was wall mounted (drywall over block). *Project also included mounting a food warmer strip 48" under shelf. Required fabrication of mounting brackets and wiring a 120v 3 prong cord.

Project consisted of: 1: Master bathroom remodel - demo of all existing tile (floor, shower and sauna tub surround). Shower area was demo'd down to stud due to several leak issues. The home owner wanted a knee wall installed for the shower to create more privacy. All floor areas were leveled after demo. Also include an additional cabinet in existing vanity area. Large format tile was used throughout. Shower enclosure (glass portion) and granite tops were outsourced. All other work was completed by RLS Property Services. 2. Kitchen Island Remodel. Homeowner want to remove bar top section of island to create one level for more prep area. Also installed cabinets along the front to create more storage. Added (2) additional outlets and air switch for garbage disposal. Granite top was outsourced. All other work preformed by RLS Property Services. 3. Kitchen Storage/Service Area - To create this area, a portion of the adjoining bedroom closet (aprox. 6') was used. Framed in new kitchen area, drywalled (textured), relocated and installed new electric (included 2 USB charging stations and under cabinet lighting). Tile apron to tie into existing kitchen floor. Installed cabinets and trim to match existing kitchen. Granite top was outsourced. All other work preformed by RLS Property Services.
