I contacted Shane beginning of July via referral with assurance that he would take care of us. We set a time for him to come out and look. My husband was here to meet with him. He said no worries I can take care of this, we done everything he said to do. Had utilities marked, pulled the county permit, had the inspection done and yard marked etc. This took only a few days to do as the permit was issued 7/7/2020. Contacted him again to advise that we had completed what he asked. Set another appointment for him to come out 7/10. No Show no call.... I called him was advised it was a scheduling issue. Rescheduled for 7/15, no need for us to be here when he came he would send estimate that night...he came took some pictures of the yard and left. We are now halfway through the month still no estimate or any kind of promise to have our septic fixed. No estimate sent until 7/24 when my husband had to once again CALL and ask what is the hold up? Yet again "miscommunication". We FINALLY get the estimate that includes services that he verbally told my husband wouldn't be necessary but on the permit from the county it is required at which point we were prepared to just suck it up and do what was needed just get it fixed. Now he won't be able to get to us until the first week of August. We had already told them that we had a vacation planned the first week of August that it was not going to be able to be done then which is why we started beginning of July. So it was set that he would come out 8/13 and get the work done. Well today is 8/13 and my husband took the day off to be here. No call, No show. At noon I call Shane and had to leave a voicemail. When I don't get a call back around 2 my husband calls him and he answers. One more time we are told it was a "scheduling issue". For OVER a month now we have been given the run around and when Shane does call me back at 6pm tonight he has a VERY nasty attitude. When I started asking questions he became more argumentative, I asked WHEN he was going to get the job completed and he said that "if" he had come out today it would have been to determine if we needed a new tank and lay out lines (remember he verbally said that we didn't need the tank but estimate included it per the county?) Now I am becoming more inquisitive and question this and he becomes demeaning and gets very smart with me. By the time it was said and done he had talked himself into a circle with one lie behind the other and hung up on me. I have since contacted another company that will be doing the work in a timely fashion. I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! If it were possible to give this a negative rating I WOULD!
