Mark and his team were great. We tasked them with a very challenging project. A complete remodel on an older home which included excavating a basement in boulder filled clay, new steel beams, foundation and all the other things that a complete renovation entails. They were very flexible during the whole process and we are extremely pleased with the final result. We ultimately chose Pollard construction because Mark is easy to get along with (very important when your house gets ripped apart and complications arise) and fair. They may have been off on their timelines but after seeing first hand how hard the work is it is worth it. Would definitely do business with him again.
