  | Vista Patio Cover | Oct 2013 | This project was a beautiful stucco, tile roof patio cover that was approx. 1200sqft. It contained a 4/12 pitched tile roof that was california framed on the back of an already beautiful country/ranch estate. We incorporated stucco pilars a 30 foot long BBQ station. The BBQ station was equipped with outdoor sink,disposal. we installed a built in mini fridge, 2 burner stove and state of the art barbeque. The client also wanted an outdoor TV wall. We ran and installed all the equipment to operate two 50" plasma TV's that were wall hung and suspended 12' off the ground | $40k | Vista, CA |
| Oceanside,Ca | Jan 2015 | The client had a small deck off his master bedroom that had signs of wood rot, and just too small for the client to use and enjoy. We demo'd and removed the existing patio deck and Installed a massive, rustic looking 20'x60' full deck. We used a roofing material on the surface that was easy on the feet, but that ensured a larger dry area under the deck off the kitchen to hang out so the client can enjoy his patio even during the raining season.
