Plum-up installed 3 exterior doors with precision and speed. Very little clean-up and no rework. Be sure your estimate covers the total job so there will not be any extra costs like haul and finishing. I did the required painting.

Had an outside security door installed. It was installed in a timely fashion. I am pleased with the results.

Escondido | Jul 2016 | On this job we demolished a 10X12 old greenhouse that had all kinds of water lines and electrical wiring in it. We were able to use the existing foundation so we poured a concrete slab inside of it. We built it using wood framing, stucco, a metal roof and finished the interior with insulation and drywall. We textured and painted the walls. What we ended up with was this cute Tiny House! | $20k | Escondido, CA
Carlsbad- Shower and floors | Apr 2016 | This job only took 1 week to complete. We removed the existing tile and tub. Bay Park, Complete House Remodel | Oct 2014 | This job was previously started by a contractor that had no experience in the remodeling industry or it was way over his head. The person had no knowledge of texturing walls or kitchen layouts. He installed most of the cabinets in the house. That is as far as he got. When I started the job I had to redo almost everything that was done. We had to skim coat all the walls and retexture. We had to make some adjustments to the cabinetry also. We removed all the interior doors, moldings and closet shelving. Then we installed new interior doors, moldings, wainscot in the bathrooms and laundry room, crown moldings and finished the cabinetry. We then installed Granite countertops and completed all the plumbing. We also upgraded all the electrical and added all new LED can lighting in the kitchen, living room, hallways and dining room. We installed new exhaust fans in all bathrooms and the laundry room that was completely re-drywalled by us. On the exterior of the house we installed all new energy efficient double pane windows, new front door and a bay window in the kitchen. We removed all the rotten wood siding at the front entry way and the back of the house and applied stucco to those areas. We also renovated the patio cover. We then painted the whole exterior of the home. The last and final thing we did was insulate the attic space. | $100k | San Diego, CA

San Diego- Complete bathroom remodel and re-pipe | Oct 2012 | Here's a small bathroom that had some issues. The soffit above the shower was loose and the customers foot slipped on the drywall when he was in the crawl space. There were major issues with the plumbing in the ceiling. We did a complete demo of the bathroom and replaced all the plastic lines with copper piping and new valves. We removed the bathtub and went with a shower base. We also replaced the shower valve. The tile work was exceptional and we used Epoxy grout to finish it off. | $12k | San Diego, CA
Escondido Bathroom | Jun 2008 | This bathroom was a complete tear out to the studs on the side where the shower and bathtub were located. We constructed a new wall with a pocket door to separate the rest of the bathroom from the toilet. We installed the customers hot air sauna into new walls we constructed, installed twin shower valves, new cabinets and Travertine tile in the shower and floors. | $12k | Escondido, CA
Valley Center - Entertainment Center and Custom Lounge | May 2012 | For those who like a modern look, we took a plain wall and built out of drywall and studs, made some cabinets inside the unit and installed some recessed lighting. The lounge design came from the blue tape on the floor. We took that and expanded from there. There is also a table to match. | Valley Center, CA
