We just purchased a Wiechert home in Creswell at the Reserve. I would recommend a home inspection on any purchase. The items uncovered were corrected promptly. There was a major issue uncovered our first night in the home that Derick our contact person handled it flawlessly. The home is well built and exactly what we wanted. I would recommend a Bruce Wiechert home as a first stop especially if your looking for a new home. You don't need a Realtor to deal with Bruce. They are very professional. Good luck
