Built Right in Montana LLC

Terrible experience! A few of the problems include: flooring they scratched, dried paint drips on the siding, a 4’ high rock pile left in the middle of the yard, their "repair" of a chip they put in our bathtub, and their "repair" of a beam they damaged. Also, despite being required by Montana law to build our house to the energy efficiency code, they did not. A blower door test showed our house is over 40% leakier (or draftier) than required, and they did not seal and insulate our crawlspace to code.

Shan and Carmen were really great to work with. We live in another state and building long distance could have been a disaster. It wasn't. Build Right in Montana designed a house exactly as we had been dreaming about. They stayed on budget...built our house quickly and really listened to what we wanted in our vacation home. They provided pictures so often we felt like we were there inspecting the house on a weekly basis. We have nothing but great things to say about Built Right in Montana!

Shan and his team are fabulous. They built a house for us in an out of the way place, making it fairly complicated. They were professional, responsive, and gave the absolute best quality we could imagine. If that wasn't enough, the value was great, too. We can't say enough good. You can't go wrong with Innovative Design Build.
