Custom built 10X16 shed finished out as an artist studio. This project is currently ongoing and we are in the process of wiring the building. We recently installed two salvaged double hung windows and a custom built triple casement window. After wiring, insulation, and sheetrock, we will begin building the front porch.

We received a call to fix a few missing tiles and caulk along the edge of the tube for a new owner of the house. Turned out to be tile and mortar bed failure from an old water leak. This turned into removing all of the old tile, replacing the subfloor, and installing new vinyl flooring. When buying a house always look at the front and back edges of a tub and around the toilet. If you notice loose tile, chances are there has been a water leak which can lead to costly repairs.

Client contacted us to replace approximately 80 square feet of their front porch. Porch had suffered water damage. We located a historically correct porch board that matched the existing porch material for a period correct repair. The porch boards were treated from the manufacture to prevent wood rot, and we pre finished the bottom, sides, and ends to add further weather protection. The final painting was by a local painting contractor I work closely with.

Rental house with master shower tiling coming apart. Tile was set directly to sheet rock circa 1995 and failed. Water had penetrated grout and tile was able be pulled off with no effort. After removal of tile and old drywall, we installed 1/2" Hardi board, and then Kerdi waterproof membrane over that. The client elected not to replace the other two sides of the shower at this time due to budget constraints.

Double wood casement window had rotted out at the bottom. After consulting with the client, it was decided to turn the casements in to fixed picture windows to keep the cost down. The rotted wood was removed and replaced with a custom epoxy. (Not bondo which will not hold up). Glass was supported with treated wood. Window was then painted with customer supplied paint

A real estate agent contacted us at the last minute to repair rot on a house as it the loan would not be approved. We were able save four windows by repairing the sill as opposed to replacing. This saved the seller money and allowed the house to close on time. One of our specialties is rot repair.

Client contacted us to replace their damaged floor in their laundry room. Prior water damage below the sheet vinyl swelled up the underlayment. Water damage went into the subfloor which required its replacement. The plumbing and electrical work was done by contractors hired by the owner.

Client's water heater was walled into a plumbing chase in a high end condo downtown. The client had two issues with this. One, it required removing part of the sheet rock wall to access the water heater, and two, sewer smells from the high rise plumbing chase would permeate the closet. We were contracted to replace the "removable" wall with a new custom wood door. I had the door specially built at Augusta Sash and door to fit the size, and we had exterior weather stripping to block the smell. Now the client has an attractive finished door that blocks the smell and gives him ready access to the water heater.
