We had been without water in our upstairs bathroom for 24 hours and very slow drainage in our mail floor bathroom sink. Told Mike this was not an emergency yet he called us within 30 minutes on Christmas Eve morning. He thought we had some frozen pipes, have his recommendations sharing that he had received over 40 calls with similar problems. How refreshing is this!! Taking the time to call us as a new customer. Seven hours later our problems were resolved! Will definitely be calling Mike the next time we are in need.
