Elite Cleaning Services and painting

Beware: Scammers - STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This is the worst contractor we’ve ever worked with. We scheduled a roof cleaning after they provided a quote. When they came they gave a quote that was almost twice as much the original one. We agreed to pay them 20% above the top offer that we got since we needed to finish it before our scheduled exterior painting. There were 2 employees and they said it will take them the entire day. They left to buy something, and only one of them returned after 5 hours. He worked only for 2 hours, and didn’t clean most of the roof. There was moss all around and he didn’t clean the gutters as agreed. He worked with power washer and did some damage to our roof. He said that he applied moss killer and promised to return after 3 weeks to complete the work. He didn’t return after 3 weeks. We repeatedly contacted the company and got every possible excuse during the last 4 weeks. We realized that they are scammers. They will not come. We’ve been asking for the invoice and haven’t received it yet. We are going to sue them. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
