Our pricing at Hamilton Home & Structural Pest Inspections LLC is competitive with other full-time King and Snohomish county area home inspectors. Every home inspection includes a Complete Wood Destroying Organism inspection (Structural Pest Inspection). What that means is that if a home inspector is not an SPI and they find carpenter ants, termites or other WDO's, they cannot report it by law, and would refer you to an SPI for identification of the WDO which means you now have doubled your inspection costs. We would be doing our customers a great disservice to perform anything but the most honest and comprehensive inspection possible, that is why we offer both inspections in one. Our business reputation and livelihood depend on it. We limit our schedule to a maximum of two inspections per day in order to ensure we do a thorough, unhurried job. We are a small, locally owned, two inspector, husband and wife company. We do not list specific prices on this page simply because every home is unique.
