Horrible! Hired them to help move my disabled brother to his new apartment. They showed up with a 16' truck but refused to load anything into it. They said that they wanted to put stuff into our smaller U-Haul, worked for about 20 minutes then bailed. They lied to their boss, claiming that I called them a racial slur. I NEVER called them anything, derogatory or otherwise. I had hired them to move the larger furniture in their larger moving truck but they never loaded anything into it. I caught their boss yelling at my disabled brother on the phone, demanding full payment plus truck rental. My brother tried to find a reasonable settlement but the boss threatened to come in person to collect the full amount. When I stepped in to stop the yelling and threats, he hung up on us. I had to hire a new moving company who actually completed the job. The new company were amazing and finished the job in 6.5 hours, were paid in full, plus dinner and tip$. I would NEVER hire this company again! Very unprofessional.
