Great experience with Chris (owner/operator of Baikal). 1. Easy to communicate with--prompt responses to calls and texts. 2. Skilled plumber--We asked Chris to work on a drainage pipe that was very difficult to access. He worked carefully and consistently to get the job done without damaging the house. 3. Price Conscious: Chris was proactive in communicating what we could do to make his job easier and how that would modify his bid. We ended up taking down a lathe and plaster wall and cutting Chris an access point in the floor. This allowed Chris's bid to be more competitive than the other plumbers we brought in for a bid. I like that kind of proactive communication to help develop a competitive bid. I know exactly who I'm going to call next time I have a plumbing problem and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris.
