Chinook cleaned my roof, gutters and windows. From start to finish the process was smooth and well executed. We used their moss treatment/removal process as it was recommended by the manufacturer to hold the warranty of my asphalt shingle roof. The installation company told me to be careful when looking for roof cleaning contractors. My installer said that a lot of companies use pressure washing and high pressure air than can ruin my roofs 50 year warranty when removing moss. Chinooks soft wash roof cleaning service was very effective. I saw the moss turn white and die immediately. All the green and black mildew was rinsed off immediately. I was very pleased with their product as other service companies apply a white zinc powder that does nothing immediaetly and after Chinooks treatment I will never use a different service other then Chinook. They even gave me a 2 year warranty if any moss regrows they will come back and clean the area at no cost! This was a huge value to my wife and I as we hate our roof having any moss growth as it looks bad from the street. One last thing that I noticed different then other sercies is that Chinook removed the debris from my gutters and rinsed them BY HAND. Other companies used a blower and or pressure washer to clean the insides of my gutters and made a huge mess on the siding, landscaping and walkways. After Chinook cleaned my roof and gutters there was no mess left behind. A+ service. I have already recommended them to all residents of my 124 house home owner association and family/friends.
