The remodeling was made by a cramped conventional kitchen into a transitional grey and white kitchen design. The interior flooring was transitioned to a ceramic tile. The addition of new kitchen cabinetry and kitchen appliances perfectly matched the kitchen. With the grey accent, the white center island also appears timeless. More storage space is provided by the base cabinet beneath the island.

We turned an old cluttered kitchen into an open, clean, and spacious area. We incorporated the Modern Farmhouse kitchen layout with expansive windows because of the fantastic setting of the home, offering beautiful views and welcoming socializing. To make the kitchen more efficient, we relocated the refrigerator and the stove area. We established innovative storage solutions by adding Lazy Suzan to the kitchen corner storage. Added open shelves in between the range-hood for adequate space for tableware display and some greeneries; to make the extra space more functional, we added a beverage center with a wine cooler.

In the design of Contemporary Master Bath, white subway tile brick set layout figured prominently. When it comes to walls and floors, matte black and white flooring is an apparent traditional and dramatic alternative in this design approach, with some gold trim adding a modern touch. The freestanding tub beneath the window, which provides natural light, is a complementary feature. In addition, the vanity cabinet radiates a modern vibe in a fashionable white highlighted wood that is a simple material refinement. Natural quartz is also used on the countertop, which has one sink and one faucet, as well as enough storage space.
