If you're a regular homeowner, don't call this company. My small project was set back over a year because they "forgot" to schedule my site visit. Instead of recognizing their mistake and coming out, I was scheduled for another visit - six months later. They did not come out for the second time, or contact me in any way. To make matters even worse, they gave me bad advice for my permit submission to Snohomish County. A year and four months later, I still don't have my project started.
