I just need help roughing it in I will do the interior drywall electrical trim etc and exterior finish. I will have secured the necessary permits from the city of Minnetonka (construction-electrical hcav ). I have a heat duck added up to the face plate in the basement. I plan on starting this project in spring 2020. I will order have delivered all building materials. and plan to help in the construction project.
