Our Master BR does not have a closet. We would like to make a addition to the house approx. 9x11 walk in closed extending out from the bedroom. It will be built on 4 pilings attached to the house. I need a handyman who knows general construction tying in the roof to the existing roof installing the shingles. I just need help roughing it in I will do the interior drywall electrical trim etc and exterior finish. I will have secured the necessary permits from the city of Minnetonka (construction-electrical hcav ). I have a heat duck added up to the face plate in the basement. I plan on starting this project in spring 2020. I will order have delivered all building materials. and plan to help in the construction project.
