KEARES ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS

I purchased a generator from keares electric for the purpose of back up power for my home in case of outage. The proposal and contract state whole house generator. The salesman assured me the 20 KW would be sufficient. 3 months after installation it failed. I have recently learned from an employee of Oliver heating that it is clearly stated on the heating system 15 KW running amps. I would have gladly paid more for a generator if needed but was told by skip this wold be sufficient. Almost $10000.00 wasted as this generator will not be capable of posing my home during the winter months. As A business owner I cannot understand how this company can continue to sell and install generators.
