After not hiring Josh due to bad online reviews, he began to send nude photos, along with harassing and lewd messages to my wife.

This is a clarification of my previous review. We hired Prestige to remodel 3 bathrooms, add another and replace windows and a water system. Their motto per Josh is ?On time and under budget.? The time was 7 weeks and the budget was $90K. He met neither. At 14 weeks we had to fire him and after paying Josh $70,000.00 it cost us an additional $19,000.00 to repair his work and finish the job as well as $12,000.00 in expenses for materials and lodging. This put my total out of pocket over $100,000.00. He promises much and delivers little. He never took responsibility for non-performance. I would not recommend Josh or Prestige to do any work. I would recommend checking if he is insured and bonded. I didn?t.
