Aboslute worst.. Poor quality… harm to my home…Poor customer service..Poor response from management. This was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with any company. I made an agreement with them to do carpet stretching in 2 family rooms and 3 bedrooms. They did not do one of the family rooms at all and did very poor quality work in the other family room. They destroyed one of the headboards, took heavy bookshelves from their placements and left them over the backs of couches in another room. I had to pay another organization to move the bookshelves back. They left carpet debris. I can almost tolerate such poor performance from their technicians if I had some response from their leadership. Ryan, who identified himself as their General Manager, thanked me for my feedback and offered to have someone come out the following week. No remorse. No apology. Just thanks and next week. When I informed him that the service which they agreed to and did not perform needed to be done today, there was no response. No response to my repeated emails and phone calls.

Wayne Cook (not Alex as previously stated) was the gentleman that did upholstery cleaning on my two chairs and couch. He also cleaned my drapes in place, Great job by a great guy, Thank you.

Had Alex do upholstery cleaning on two chairs and couch. He also returned to clean my draperies in place. Great job done by a great guy.

Mr. Cook, the technician arrived right on time and did a wonderful job on all the leather furniture as well as the wall-to-wall carpeting. We would use Service Matters again and have already given their name to friends.
