Huston Pools, based in Fairfax, is a pool and spa specialist that started in the '90s. In October 2013, a property owner contracted Huston Pools to do a decking project using a permit acquired from Fairfax County; in October of 1993, a property owner contracted them for a swimming pool project in the Jefferson neighborhood using a permit acquired from the same office.
