We LOVE our new back door and deck. When we purchased the house it only had two entry doors - the front and the one to the garage, which is on he same side of the house through the kitchen. We feel so safe now with another exit in the opposite side of the house. And the deck! We love sitting back there in the afternoon, away from the summer sun, listening to the birds and watching the kids play. The bump-out fits the grill perfect so we dont loose any deck space. We love that we have two sets of steps with gates that we can either leave closed or open. However, our dog is not a fan of them...but we love that we can let her out with us and we don't have to worry about her running off and getting in trouble. She has a huge deck to find a nice cool place to lay down. We are also excited to have a light and an electrical outlet on the backside of our house -which we didn't have before.
