Dave currently resides at his mom's, house in Fairless Hills, Pa across the street from my home. I hired him to do several projects but he failed at installing a 48' fence! First he asked for cash for materials then didn't come back for 2 weeks! I had to go get him. Then he tore up the lawn on 1 side. He didn't use cement to install the posts. He never adjusted or installed the handle or latches for the 2 gates. Never cleaned up after himself and it's now been 6 weeks and the bum doesn't even work! STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF! IF HE'LL RIP OFF A NEIGHBOR HE'LL RIP OFF EVERYONE!!

This review is about Dave Pachucki. I have had a number of people do work on my house in the past few years. My job started out with one thing and I was so pleased with him asked for a few more items. He is an expert, was kind and considerate and treated my home like it was his own. In summary, his work was excellent and I am a satisfied customer. I lucked out this time. He was always on time, and ma sure made sure, I knew what he was doing along the way. Will use again.
