  | Bsement Bedroom | Jun 2014 | We started with a clean slate. Just your very basic unfinished older basement with cinder block walls. There was problems with some electrical and plumbing not being ran through the joists. Other than having to re-route all of that is was fun to see the transformation. | $3k | Fairview Heights, IL |
  | Full Bathroom Remodel | Jun 2014 | This project was particularly satisfying because we were able to showcase a wide array of remodeling expertise. We did absolutely all of the work ourselves and did not subcontract out a single thing. We did all of the electrical (added and moved outlets, ran new circuits to vent fan & power to new Jacuzzi tub). We did some minor plumbing modifications with the new tub, toilet and sinks. We did some structural upgrades as well as drywall. Tiled the floor, up the side of the tub and all of the beautiful accent tiles you see in the pictures. We even replaced an old window.
