Modern Paving

This is our second time using Sam for paving, first he did our driveway, he just finished doing one for our son. They are the best, very professional company. We love chatting with Sam he's such a delight. The entire team is excellent. We can't say enough good things about this company, we will recommend them over and over to all our friends. Ken

I had contacted Modern Paving to get a quote for asphalt for my circular driveway. When I called Sam answered the phone immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he let me know exactly what day and time he would come to give me the estimate. On the agreed upon day he called from the road and let me know he would be here in 30 minutes. True to his word he arrived and we looked at the driveway together and I told him what concerns I had with flooding when it rained. He listened to my concerns and then explained how the asphalt would be pitched to prevent that from happening. We discussed pricing and agreed on a price and an approximate date of starting the project. On the day of installation Sam and his crew began measuring and got right to work marking off the driveway. The equipment was brought in and the entire crew including Sam were involved in completing the project. When it was finished I couldn’t have been happier. It is so well designed and implemented that when the heavy rains came there was absolutely no flooding! I absolutely love my new driveway and would highly recommend Modern Paving

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Very bad , wen he give me the price that was 3 times more than others and seeing very good reviews i went with him because i thought they were the best , but wen he came to my house for estimate the deal to put crushed asphalt was taking off 4 inches of top soil and add 4 or 5 inch off milings , plus he had a good Compactor that compacts and vibrates at the same time for a perfect job, end of story they showed up with a baby bobcat that was not even able to take the grass out and add only half inch of milings and the Compactor LOL older than 50 years , 2 months only pass the yard looks worse than what it was, full a grass the only thing that changed was my wallet 3k for a 500 hundred job that was going to be done better i really wish having my money back because every day i look at what they did i only think of what a idiot i was to hire them, whas better than it is right now. Now with the rain its almost a pool with grass
