I was given two names of HVAC installers. Mike came in with the lowest price but further had a better manufacturer model than his competitor. His team installed the new gas system after dismantling the 30 year old oil burner and oil tank. I had forced hot air heat so his team insulated all the existing pipes, installed the gas burner, waterless hot water heater and a new central air conditioner. This project cost what the quote stated. Quite pleased. Mike and his entire team is polite, efficient, on time and honest, good or bad news. I would recommend MJ Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone. Frank C.
