Scheduled an appointment, Subcontactors came out...never finished work...Sam, the owner of the company, never came to complete the work after he was already paid.. Sam cited "urgent work in Pennsylvania". Never followed up with communication as to when he would be available. I had to do all of the following up. Finally he made an appointment for a subcontractor to come out and he never showed up. Finishing up the job was never a priority for Sam. I would not recommend this contractor. He's passive aggressive and his word means nothing.
