Western Products

Don't be fooled by Western Products beautiful new showroom, their smooth talking salesmen, or the glowing testimonials on their website! August of 2018 my wife and I signed a $70,000 contact with Western Products for new windows and siding. We were led to believe that the project would begin by the end of November and be finished well before our trip to Hawaii in January. To our dismay, the windows were not installed untill mid December. Sadly, the siding which was to be installed immediately after the windows was postponed until February 2019. To make matters worse, four of our casement windows were installed in the wrong spot and when we complained we were told by the owner of the company that “it's not a big deal and it happens all the time”. Aside from the obvious quality control issues, be especially wary of the open ended contact Western Products has you sign. Since there are no start or completion dates anywhere on the contract, they are free to do whatever they want and with fifty percent down you are literally at their mercy. Sign with Western Products only if you wish to increase your patience. Consider yourself warned!
