Affordable Tree Care

Harold Crawford Jr. was nice when he came over to give me a quote on Saturday. We found his company on Angie's List. He gave us an estimate for trimming three trees. He quoted Bible verses, and made us feel comfortable. He gave me an estimate. As soon as I told him I was going to get other estimates, he came back and dropped the price $400. We verbally agreed to the price. He said he would email me an estimate, and he said he would be back on Wednesday to do the work. He never emailed me an estimate. I called multiple times to get the estimate. He never returned my call. I took off Wednesday so I could be here while he did the job. He never showed up on Wednesday like he committed. He never called to reschedule. We have not heard anything. I cannot in good conscience recommend Affordable Tree Care.

Harold and Team were fantastic, very friendly and very accommodating to my needs. I was not able to be on location when the job was in progress, however this was not a problem as the communication was on the spot. I knew everything that was going on, complete with pictures. Very well done, very professional. I highly recommend them.
