I am selling my home and my agent got a call from a agent from this office to show my home. I was asking $189,000 and they offered $154,000 $2,000 for closing costs. $1,500 for an inspection fee. This was lower than what my pay off is. I counted with $177,000 and they accepted. Then the loan fell through. They only collected $500 in Ernest money which has taken about 3 weeks to get. I feel this company is very slimy and not ethical. To low ball a seller that much is just sick and wrong. I would be better off to short sell my home..
