I did not use Osman for my roofing needs, but my neighbors; across street and across alley. I called and left message but never received any feedback. The crew that Osman had drove across my yard..not just imminent domain but 3 feet in, leaving marks and gouging my lawn. Then many items, roofing paper, plastic bottles and cardboard box items were left all over my lawn from winds. I am NOT happy with their customer service or lack of clean up. Use at your own risk.
