Owner, Lead Inspector (Lic.#Hi-1914), and Company President Chuck Curry is an Arkansas Home Inspector and former career military officer with a disciplined eye for detail. He is used to giving things the “white glove treatment”. Some folks might say “he’s obsessive”. He would call it “striving for excellence”. Whatever you want to call it, his customers appreciate it! After the military Mr. Curry was a Maintenance Superintendent and Facilities Director for two different companies in the Corporate world, and then operated a successful Landscape Construction & Maintenance business in Wisconsin for over 15 years. During that time he encountered almost every kind of problem concerning building systems imaginable. He is able to advise and guide clients on how to avoid making major purchase mistakes on what, for most people, will be the most important financial decision of their lives, namely their home purchase. He can also help homeowners make the most cost effective repairs when necessary; help them prevent future major repairs; as well as plan for future improvements in a way that will add value to their property. A graduate of Wheaton College in Illinois with a Masters Degree, Chuck is an excellent communicator and is able to explain complex ideas in layman’s terms. Realtors and Property Managers will appreciate his calm demeanor and the way he treats their clients. Sons Mike and Matt, and daughter-in-law Shannon Curry are also involved in the business; assisting with graphic design and art, administration and technical support, management, and customer service.
