My experience with this company is somewhat dated but here's what we experienced. Generally the job got done. Quality of work was lacking, gas leak developed because pipes were not properly tightened. Fortunately these were outside the home. Estimate we were given was hand written and quite rough, lacking details of what was to be used and amount of labor etc. (Hopefully this has improved.) Would not recommend at this time.

I had an excellent communication with the person who did the job, though I didn't get his name and I had to make another call to the company for the back job, still, it's nice to get an answer directly from the person.
