Shower pan rebuild

Aug 2015

This project project required the shower drain to be removed because it was corroded and clogged. To get to the drain, the shower pan had to be jackhammered out. That makes a big mess, but there is no other way to do it. When the plumbers called me in (pic three), all that was left was a hole in the floor. The Homeowner wanted the floor to match the original tile layout that was removed. If you compare the first and second picture, you see that we were successful in obtaining their objective.

To create more usable countertop and cabinet space we reconfigured the lay out of the kitchen. The refrigerator was relocated and additional cabinets were added. These changes combined with utilizing a white lacquer finish on the cabinets made the space appear much larger.

Baker cabinet reface

Apr 2015

We took an out of style and dated cabinet system and made them look new and modern. This work was performed with the granite counter tops and back splash in place. The hidden hinges, new hardware, and white lacquer finish really made this kitchen look clean and fresh.

Peerson shower rebuild

Oct 2014

Shower pan replacement for a tile shower. This project was a total pan rebuild. The old leaking pan had to be removed along with several rows of tile. The new pan was then properly installed utilizing the required pre-slope technique to allow proper drainage. A new drain system had to be installed to prevent the shower from leaking. Once the pan was rebuilt, the grout was redone to improve the overall appearance.
