First issue he had is that he couldn't find the property, and I had to talk him in multiple calls to give directions. His service fee was $125, and this was not considered a part of his labor costs. I should have paid him this and sent him on his way. I had told him that the oven was heavy. He brought no help, and no jack to be able to lift it. I, a disabled Vet, had to assist multiple times in the installation, as he was unable to do the work. He didn't measure anything, didn't even bring his tape measure in. I had to prove to him that the oven would fit, after he failed to get it in, multiple times. Once the oven was in place, he did no cleanup, just leaving everything in a pile in the floor. His total fee was more than I make in a month, and he gave no credit for my labor. Never again.

One of the worst companies you could possibly hire! They overcharged my mother for their less than mediocre work and left their trash and paint splattered all over the floors in our home. He then told my mother that he would give her $50 dollars back and would leave the paint so that SHE COULD FINISH THE WORK! I was furious! If this company claims to have “so much experience” why can’t they get the job right the first time and how dare you tell an unsatisfied PAYING costumer to fix the mess that YOU, a “professional” made? He also failed to properly re-install the upstairs master bathroom toilet which then caused the toilet to leak. There are now big yellow stains on the downstairs ceiling. When I called Mr. Rod Sheppard, the person who did the terrible work, to have him come back out and re-do everything, he had a nerve to be rude with me and tried to hang up in my face. He told me to call the “owner” of the company which just so happens to be his wife who is absolute no help at all (shockingly). When I decided to look in our trash can to see all the broken tile, used paint brushes and other materials that he had a nerve to leave in our personal trash can, I found a bottle of Cognac D’usse right on top of the bag they used. I will be seeing this company in court.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. He was suppose to repair the leaks on my patio and deck roof. He said he would take it loose and secure it properly. He came to the house and within 20 minutes he claimed he was finished, however he had not touched the patio. after showing him my paperwork, he went to Home Depot and came back with cans of spray that cost $9.97 each. This is when i saw his cheap job. His charge for this was $1100.00. That was Monday, today is Friday and it rained. The roof is still leaking just as bad. He is not trustworthy and he is a price gouger.

Rod and his crew painted the front of my house for a reasonable price, on time and on budget. Plus, he followed up as promised. I highly recommend Shepp's!!!
