Beware. No follow up, no show, poor workmanship dont tell the truth. Building a pool was the most awful experience with Apex pools. Their price is lower then their competition… But beware you get what you pay for. The pool itself is very nice, but the tile they installed in my hot tub was not what I was told about and doesn’t match my travertine. the fence was an absolute disgrace and they never responded to complaints so we had to repair on our own. And now I can’t get anyone to call me back.. They’ve destroyed personal property and I can’t get reimbursement on that either. It’s been since the end of September. They owe me money and i cant get a return call or have them fix any of the punch list.
