Andrew Privette is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has been licensed in the State of North Carolina since 1982. Mr. Privette has accumulated over 30 years of design experience ranging from historical preservation to new construction. His primary design categories include: office buildings, medical and dental buildings, religious buildings, private educational facilities and multi-family projects. His portfolio also includes many site and master plan works, the largest being a 39 acre master planning initiative for Victory in Jesus Ministries located in Chadburn, NC. As an active member of the Fayetteville community, he has participated as a member and Chairman of the Fayetteville Historic Resources Commission as well as committee member and consultant for the Partnership for Children. His projects also include the Park View Downtown Community which is the latest multi-family project positioned prominently in downtown Fayetteville, NC. He has also designed and overseen the construction of numerous other buildings in North and South Carolina.
