I also wish I had seen these reviews before I began dealing with STEVE BULLOCK. His TTITUDE is just as BAD as his WORK. Licensed and insured ??? he claims. He is a SCAM ARTIST have no idea what he is doing. I hired him to build a screened in patio which was the biggest mistake of my life. He lied about receiving a permit to start the job, a few days later I asked him at what point the inspection is going to take place, he ignored. He continues to stall by making up every excuse he could think off. I begin to realize he had no idea what he was doing after I heard him on the phone asking someone how to put up an "A" frame roof, finally after eight days, a so call frame was erected, a child could have done better. His errors started from the bottom up (Frame not anchored to concrete pad and house properly, framing unstable, incorrect size lumber used, spacing of studs and rafters, every facer board was of different length, he couldn't do angle cuts mistakes too numerous to mention). Nothing was done up to building code. Finally on day eight I confronted him about several issues, that's where the worst of his BAD ATTITUDE came out, I had to call the Sheriff to remove him from my property. I hired a different contractor that requested a permit and inspection prior to correcting Stive Bullock's SHADY work. The inspector was not surprised of Steve Bullock's work because he has heard of this name before. He didn't get a permit because his shady work would not have passed any inspection. This guy will continue to DEFRAUD, LIE and CHEAT if we don't put a stop to him. I'm in the process taking legal action against him for Illegal business practices and Fraud. REMEMBER this name STEVE BULLOCK......LTD'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY listed in Fayetteville NC and surrounding areas. HE IS BAD NEWS.

ALWAYS DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU HIRE ANY CONTRACTOR. He is NOT Bonded or licensed as he stated. He is NOT honest. He is a CON artist. Don't trust my words. Do your homework. I hired Mr Bullock to repair my shower. He did demo the shower with out any problems. Then he demo'd my wallet. Mr. Bullock does not do well with constructive criticism. I paid him up front and he took me as a FOOL. Well Mr. NJ, meet Miss NY. You will not steal my money then feed me bull. Mr. Bullock installed tile in my bathroom without water proofing or backer board. Tile was space so far apart; and he said he would grout the wide spacing. If you have no wall (Backer board) there is nothing for the mortar to hold onto. So Mr. Bullock you wonder why the mortar dripped down. No it was NOT the wind. When I; the novice pointed this out to him he became angry. He never returned to install my glass shower doors. I had to have the sloppy work inspected by two certified tile experts; they were insulted that Mr. Bullock placed himself in the same professional title. I also had to pay someone to install the shower doors. So I am out $4K. Well Mr. Bullock GOD is NOT sleep. You may want to move AGAIN. I know you don't respect the courts or the BBB. However, KARMA is real. GOD is real. Thief is a crime.
